Elaine A. Jaeger

Elaine A. Jaeger of Waukesha passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer on Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at the age of 72. Elaine was born on September 19, 1943.

She graduated from Waukesha South High School, where she met her future husband, Jim, and they were married in 1962. Elaine retired from Waukesha State Bank after a 43year career. She enjoyed taking care of her back yard animals and birds, flowers and being outdoors, including fishing. After retirement, she liked traveling, going on bus trips and meeting new friends. Elaine captured many great moments with her camera. Most of all, Elaine loved spending time with her family.

Elaine will be dearly missed by her husband of 52 years, Jim, who was always by her side; children, Rick, Ken (Beth), Lori (Don) Ward and Tim (Sue); grandchildren, Ryan Jaeger, Sarah Jaeger, Hannah Jaeger, Kaylah Jaeger and Bryanna Henry; great-grandson, Wesson Jaeger; sister, Theresa Glodoski; brother, Gil (Patty) Glodoski; and her four-legged companion, Lucy. She is further survived by many other relatives and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Verna Glodoski; and her sister, Shirley.

The first visitation for Elaine will be held on Tuesday, May 31, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. A second visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 1, from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 225 S. Hartwell Ave., Waukesha, WI 53186. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. The Rev. Howard Haase will officiate. Burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
