Rosann C. YoungRosann C. Young was born on September 16, 1942, in Wabasha, Minnesota, daughter to Kathryn (Wolf ) McGraw and Frank McGraw. Rosann had two siblings, James McGraw and Lawrence McGraw, both of which predeceased her.

Rosann was born to eternal life on November 4, 2016.

She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Jim, and her four children, Jennifer Young, Jessica Young Baxley (Greg), Jim Young (Jennifer) and Julie Young Waterhouse (Dave).

Rosann graduated from Mount Mary University with a Bachelor of Science in speech and drama in 1964. Except for three years when she lived in California with her husband while he served in the U.S. Marine Corps, Rosann lived all of her married life in Oconomowoc. Rosann was a television personality doing commercials in the 1980s and was also an actress with the Waukesha Civic Theatre and with the UW-Waukesha Theater in the 1970s and 1980s. Rosann graduated with a masterís in communications from UW-Whitewater, where she taught speech and parliamentary procedure for 20 years.

Rosann was a past president of Wisconsin Lawyers Wives and served on numerous boards throughout her life including Mount Mary, Catholic Memorial High School and Rodgers Memorial Hospital. Rosann was the choir director at St. Jeromeís Church in Oconomowoc for many years and thereafter at St. Joan of Arc Church in Okauchee. She was also special choir director at St. Catherine Church in Mapleton where she was an active parishioner. Rosann was involved in numerous civic endeavors in Lake Country and was the acting president of the Kettle Moraine Garden Club.

Rosann loved to fish, golf and hunt with her husband. She dearly loved her husband, children, grandchildren and dogs. She was a wonderful Nana to Jordan, Kathryn and Elisabeth. Rosann loved flower arranging and caring for her beautiful gardens at her home on Lac LaBelle, where she lived with her family for the past 39 years. Most recently Rosann proudly received a first-place award at a major flower show in Milwaukee.

Friends may visit on Thursday, November 10, from 3 p.m. until time of funeral Mass 6 p.m., all at St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church, W359N8512 Brown St., Oconomowoc.
