Clark L. Gugler
Clark L. Gugler of Waukesha died on February 21, 2017, at home with his family by his side at the age of 89 years. Clark was born on February 5, 1928, the son of Fritz and Verna (Steininger) Gugler.
He retired as a process engineer from Miller Brewing after many years of employment. Clark was a very active member of First United Methodist Church and enjoyed his time singing in the choir. He was also active in the Waukesha Choral Union for many years. He was very community minded and was a strong supporter of the Waukesha Civic Theatre.
Clark will be deeply missed by his children, Jeanette Gugler of Waukesha, Diane (Mark) Ebert of Appleton and Brian (Mary-John) Gugler of Bowling Green, Ky.; his grandchildren, Allison Gugler, Natalie Gugler, Michelle (Joey) Brahe and Jessica Ebert; his sister, Beth Wisecup of Maryland.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna, in March of 2004; his parents; his infant son, Michael; his two brothers; an infant sister; and granddaughter, Adrianne Ebert.
The visitation for Clark will be held on Saturday, February 25, at The First United Methodist Church, 121 Wisconsin Ave., Waukesha, WI 53186, from 11 a.m. until the time of the 1:30 p.m. funeral service. The Rev. Dan Schwerin will officiate. Burial will take place in Lyona, Kansas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the church or the charity of the donorís choice.
