Philip L. Dauffenbach
Philip Lee Dauffenbach, 66, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 26, 2017 in Jackson, Miss.
Philip was born in Waukesha to John and Idyel Dauffenbach (nee Leberman). He graduated from Waukesha South High School and studied electrical technology at Waukesha County Technical College. After that, Philip moved to Mississippi and took a position at Delphi Packard, where he worked for 40 years.
Philip was an active member at Star Baptist Church. He loved to help others and ride motorcycles.
Philip was preceded in death by his mother, Idyel Dauffenbach, and his sister- in-law, Linda Daufenbach.
He is survived by his daughters, Christina (Doyle) Smith of Mendenhall, Miss., and Paula (Lex) Davis of Brandon, Miss.; brothers, John Dauffenbach Jr. of Warren, Mich., David Dauffenbach of Brookfield and James Dauffenbach of Waukesha; sisters, Sara Medders of Winston Salem, N.C., Jane (John) Daguanno of Waukesha, Heidi Dauffenbach of Green Bay; and grandchildren, Wes, James Dalton, Alexis and Harlan; and a host of other relatives.
Visitation will take place at 10 a.m. at the Star Baptist Church in Star, Miss., on Saturday, March 4, with a service to follow at 11 a.m.
