Charles A. ‘Chuck’ JungbluthCharles A. "Chuck" Jungbluth of Hartland passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Angels Grace Hospice on April 6, 2017, at the age of 83.

Chuck was born at home to Joseph and Helen Jungbluth and was a lifelong resident of Hartland. He graduated from Hartland High School in 1951 and attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering. In 1955, Chuck married Carol Wilinski of South Milwaukee.

Chuck operated the family dairy farm for over 40 years before retiring in 1997. In retirement, he and Carol traveled often, but Chuck could regularly be found helping his eldest son around the farm.

Chuck was an exceptional dairy operations manager, and a talented mechanic and craftsman. Most of all, though, he will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, a good neighbor and friend to many, and a faithful, lifelong member of St. Charles Catholic Church.

Chuck is survived by his wife of 61 years, Carol; his children Caryn (Mark) Miller, Chuck (Kristin), Chad (Penelope); grandchildren, Bridget (Brian) Dziewa, Kyle, Brooke, and Aidan; as well as his great-grandchildren, Bo and Bastian. He is further survived by sisters-in-law Rita, Rose, Patricia and Karen, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Chuck was preceded in death by his children, Carleen and Christopher, and his siblings Joseph H., Jerome, Thomas, Mary Ann, Kathleen, Paul and David.

Visitation will be held at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12, at St. Charles Parish, 313 Circle Drive, Hartland. A funeral Mass will be at 6 p.m. followed by a reception. Charles A. Jungbluth will be laid to rest at St. Charles Cemetery.
