Gerald ‘Jerry’ Luvern Larson
Our beloved Gerald “Jerry” Luvern Larson, 74, Green Bay, has gone to Heaven to be with the Lord; his mom, Dorothy (Hall) Larson; and his dad, Gilbert Valentine Larson, on July 8, 2017.
Jerry will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 23 years, Donna (Phillips) Larson. Jerry and Donna have been soulmates since they met 27 years ago and have shared a passion for adventure and travel over their years together. Today, there are few couples that can match the love they had for each other. Jerry honorably served our country in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1967. He worked in sales at Cummins Great Lakes in Milwaukee for 35 years and EH Wolf and Sons in Slinger for 10 years.
Jerry is loved and will be sadly missed by his wife, Donna; daughter, Rebecca (John) Meyer; sons, Greg Larson and Richard Larson; grandchildren, Dallas and Zachary Meyer and Tyler Larson; great-granddaughter, Sawyer; his stepchildren, Leroy (Sharon) Daul along with their three children and grandchildren, Linda (George) Walton and their six children and grandchildren, Christine (Michael) Lammi and their son, and Jeff (Sally) Daul; sisters, Mary Lee (Wayne) Wessels and Janette (Larry) Rufledt Sr.; brother, Orville Larson; and nephews, Andy Wessels and Larry Rufledt Jr.
Jerry will be missed by many other family members and friends in the Milwaukee, Green Bay and the De Pere area.
Visitation will be held at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., Green Bay, on Thursday, July 13, from 4 p.m. until the time of funeral service. Funeral service will be held at Proko-Wall Funeral Home at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Mark VanderSteeg officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes are for you to spend time with your family, take those adventures, travel and love one another as Jerry and Donna did.
The family extends their sincere appreciation to Unity Hospice and the staff at Angels Touch Assisted Living for all of the care given to Jerry.
