Charles Hall Sr.
At a hospital in Tampa on July 19, 2017, Mike and his family were very much hoping for a good result from surgery to remove a clot from his heart. Before they could start, Mike passed away. The same heart that loved so many unconditionally, gave up the fight.
Mike has now joined his dad, Charles Sidney Hall, who passed Dec. 14, 2014. He left behind his beloved mother, Doris; his three sisters, Terry Hoefer (David), Cindy Neu (Jim) and Vicki Schlosser (Brian). Also grieving his passing are his children Michael, Crystal, Jarod, Katrina, Heather and Felisha. He adored his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Each one was special to him.
His first friends were cousins, the DeLano and Wehr families. Anyone who showed kindness or laughed with him had his loyalty forever. Growing up in Waukesha, he had a bumpy ride in his teens, but throughout he was a strong worker with a moral compass. In his 20s, he relocated to Florida with employers jumping to hire him. He never let them down. He will be missed at Magnum Demolition, where they counted on his skills with the excavator. He was always ready to listen to anyone who needed a shoulder or encouragement, or to offer his wit. Generous to a fault, if Mike had $3, he gave away $2, keeping $1 for himself.
In the next springtime he will have a tree in the Legacy Forest at Mukwonago Park, amongst his family, for anyone to visit and talk to him.
Son, brother, Dad, Daddy, Pops, Grandpa, Pap Pap, or Big Mike, you are in our hearts forever.
