Richard (Rick) M. LarsonRichard (Rick) M. “Larry” Larson, age 47, of Mukwonago, went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly July 29, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald (Donna) Larson.

He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Larson (Jim); sister, Becky (John) Meyer; brother Greg Larson; niece Dallas Meyer (Darin); nephews Tyler Larson and Zach Meyer; great-niece Sawyer; godson Eric Bigalow; and countless other family members, devoted friends, neighbors and co-workers.

As an operating engineer of the Local 139 Operator’s Union for more than 25 years, he was an expert in nearly all road construction and equipment operation. Rick was an American 1st, believing strongly in God, country and family. He was blessed with a great many other talents as well including landscaping, cooking and farming. He was a generous and hard working man, who loved to share his gifts with everyone within his great circle.

Cremation services have been provided by Hartson Funeral Home of Hales Corners. For a truly great man, a celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 9, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Kelly’s Bleachers in Big Bend. A memorial blessing will be shared at 2 p.m. by Pastor Mark Jaramillo of Norway Evangelical Lutheran Church for all who wish to participate, followed by a gathering of friends and family.
