Irma G. King (nee Tess)
June 19, 1919 — Oct. 2, 2017

Irma G. King (nee Tess), formerly of Big Bend, passed away Monday, October 2, 2017, at Linden Grove in Mukwonago.

She was the beloved wife of the late Merlin King; loving mom of Beverly Stobber and Darryl (Rosemary) King; proud grandma of Janet (Sean) McGinty, Julie (Bob) Blomster, Jill (Ellen) Stobber, Michael King, Erin (Clint) Price, Amy (Jesse) Vogt and nine great-grandchildren. She is further survived by a nephew, seven nieces and other relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband; an infant son, Duane; her son-in-law, James Stobber; and two sisters, Lillian (John) Mets and Esther (Clarence) Hartman.

A celebration of Irma’s life will be held Friday, October 6, at Christ Lutheran Church, S89-W22970 Maple Ave., Big Bend, WI 53103. Visitation will be from 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. followed by memorial service at 5:30 p.m. with Pastor Ian Headrick officiating. Irma will be laid to rest in Sunnyside Cemetery with a private burial on Saturday, October 7.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church are suggested.
