Jane E. Liebherr (nee Morey) of Waukesha passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 9, 2017 surrounded by the love of her family at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 84. She was born in Waukesha on October 2, 1933, the daughter of Theodore and Margaret (nee Kewer) Morey.

She was a 1951 graduate of Waukesha High School. On November 20, 1954, she married Clifford Liebherr in Waukesha. She was a member of Crosswalk Church, where she dearly loved everyone there and cherished her membership. She was also a former member of the Church of Acts. Jane was a prayer warrior and was always praying for those in need.
She loved to read, enjoyed playing the piano, knitting and crocheting. She also loved to fish and according to her, caught the only family trophy fish. Most of all, she was devoted to her family and dearly loved her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She will be sadly missed by her beloved husband of 63 years, Clifford of Waukesha, and their children, Kathleen (Jim) Harrits of Waukesha, Laura Nicosia of Waukesha, Jennifer (Todd) McDonell of Waukesha, Patricia Bray of Greenwood, the Rev. David (Karla) Liebherr of Benton and the Rev. Paul (Dawn) Liebherr of Port Edwards. She was the proud grandmother of 33 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her brothers Mark (Shari) Morey of Oswego, N.Y., and John (Mary) Morey of Naples, Fla., along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son-in-law Samuel Nicosia and her sisters Patricia Nelson, Jill Laughhunn and Sally Steffen.

Services were held on Monday, November 13, at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home. A private burial for the family followed at Prairie Home Cemetery.
