Delbert E. Kraemer found peace on Monday, November 13, 2017. He was born in Plain. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Elsie Kraemer. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Edna (Birrenkott), and his children Mike (Debbie) Kraemer, Ed (Terry) Kraemer, Joseph (J.R.) (Debbie) Kraemer, Larry (Lori) Kraemer, Greg (Jane) Kraemer and Diane (Kevin) Tompkins, seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He is further survived by his sister Anita Vosen and brother Raymond Kraemer.
Del served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War for two years. He enjoyed his retirement after 47 years, where he drove semi-truck for the food industry. He enjoyed cards, hunting, friends and family.
There will be a visitation Monday, November 20, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., and Tuesday, November 21, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at St. Charles Church in Hartland with Mass at 11:30 a.m. and his final rest immediately following Mass in St. Charles Cemetery. A celebration of life reception will follow at St. Charles Church.
