Joe Kluessendorf, 53, of Montgomery, Ill., passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, November 15, 2017. He was born March 7, 1964, in Waukesha.
He is survived by his four children, Jordan Kluessendorf of Aurora, Ill., Joshua Kluessendorf of Montgomery, Gina Kluessendorf of Montgomery and Nicholas (Nick) Kluessendorf of Normal, Ill.; the children’s mother and lifelong friend, Eva Kluessendorf; his father, Jerome Kluessendorf, and stepmother, Lucy Kluessendorf, of Dousman; as well as four brothers and two sisters, Beth Hemmer of Waterford, Bill Braun of Mequon, Paul Braun of Middleton, John Kluessendorf of Naples, Fla., Michael Braun of Lakeville, Minn., and Ann Rexine of Maple Grove, Minn.
Joe was preceded in death by his mother, Mandy Kluessendorf, on December 15, 1976.
Joe was a passionate father, sibling and friend and has touched many people’s lives. He’ll be missed.
Visitation will be on Monday, November 20, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Springbrook Community Church, 11247 Heggs Road, Plainfield, Ill.), followed immediately by a service at the same location. Pastor Scott Hodge from Orchard Valley Community Church will officiate. A private burial will be held at Genesee Cemetery in the Town of Genesee.
