Lillian ‘Madge’ McDonald (nee Deatrick)
Feb. 15, 1936 — Jan. 3, 2018

Lillian “Madge” McDonald (nee Deatrick), a lifelong resident of Waukesha, passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at the age of 81. Madge was born on February 15, 1936, the daughter of Chester and Frances Deatrick. She married her best friend, Francis McDonald, on June 24, 1961. Madge worked as a certified nursing assistant for 50 years at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Linden Grove, and the Virginia before retiring in June 2012.

Madge will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 56 years, Francis; daughter, Dawn (Joe) Kraczek; three grandsons, Robert Kraczek, Christopher Kraczek and Anthony Kracezk; and great-granddaughter, Kaylee Kraczek. She is further survived by brothers Donald (Rosemarie) Deatrick and Earl (Cynthia) Deatrick.

Madge was preceded in death by her son, Steven; brothers, James Deatrick, Charles Deatrick and Paul Deatrick; sisters, Shirley Brown, Ida Mae Stawasz, Dorothy Matter and Ruth Butz.

The visitation for Madge will be held on Saturday, January 6, from 11 a.m. until the time of the 1 p.m. funeral service at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. Entombment will take place privately at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
