Betty I. Wildman (nee Ball)

Betty I. Wildman (nee Ball) of Waukesha passed away on Friday, January 12, 2018, at the age of 85.

She was born in Elkhorn on September 13, 1932, the daughter of Herman and Isabelle Ball. Later she and her family moved to North Walworth. In 1940, they moved again to Upper Michigan where, in 1950, Betty graduated from high school in Stephenson, Mich. After graduation, she moved to Milwaukee and worked for ER Godfrey Co., where she met and married Robert Wildman in 1952, and together, they raised three sons. Betty and Robert were married for 52 years. She worked for Hein Werner Co. as a data entry operator for 26 years. In 1993, Betty moved again to Ocala, Fla., but returned to Wisconsin in 2005 after her husband passed away in 2004.

Betty will be missed by her sons, Stephen (Joyce) Wildman and David Wildman; grandchildren, Joshua (Jenelle) Borgstrom, Traci (Tommie II) King and Jenna (Thomas) Hellmich; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Michael, Tommie III, Camdin and Kyler; sister, Shirley (Gus) Wetthuhn; and sister-in-law, Elaine Wildman. She is further survived by friends, Ellen, Carol, Dottie, Mary and Ruth.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; son, Timothy Wildman; grandson, Jeffrey Wildman; and granddaughter, Jamie Lynn. The visitation for Betty will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 17, from 10 a.m. until the time of the 11:30 a.m. funeral service at Cesarz, Charpata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. Deacon Dave Zimprich will be officiating. Burial will take place privately at St. Paul’s Catholic Cemetery in Genesee Depot.

Betty’s family would like to specially thank the first responders and the care team at Waukesha Memorial Hospital for their compassionate care.
