Jane A. Roso

Jane A. Roso, age 81, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 12, 2018, at Heritage Memory Care in Pewaukee, two days before her 82nd birthday. In death, she was joyfully reunited with her husband of 51 years, Louis.

She was the dear mother of Sally (Chuck) Wagoner, Jeff (Sharon), David (Heidi), Steve (Sue) and Louis (Meredith); loving grandma to Heather (Paul) Burzlaff, Brian Wagoner, Jesse (Kate) Kuether, Nick, Jacob and Emelia (fiance Matt); great-grandma to Benjamin and Nolan Burzlaff, Brianna, Lucy and Weston Kuether; caring sister of the late Joan (the late Norman) Steffan, the late Jack Cumiskey and Richard Cumiskey; and sister-in-law of Mary (the late Bob) Brierton, Patty (the late Gary) Austin and Sylvia (Bill) Finger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Eleanor Cumiskey.

Jane was an incredibly kind and generous person. She was a stay-at-home mother to her five children. She was a wonderful caregiver to all, especially her late husband. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

She made many memorable holidays for her family. She enjoyed hosting family gatherings up at their lake home. Her joyous and loving spirit will be missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held at Queen of Apostles Catholic Church, N35W23360 Capitol Drive, Pewaukee, on Tuesday, February 27, from 10:30 a.m. until a funeral Mass at 12 p.m., followed by a reception. Her final rest will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society or Alzheimer’s Association suggested.
