Katherine R. "Kay" Beisbier

Katherine R. "Kay" Beisbier, 51, of Campbellsport died Mon-day, Nov. 7, 2005 at her home with her family gathered around her.

She was born on May 7, 1954 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Daniel and Helen (Weiland) McCarty, and on Aug. 12, 1972 she married Ken Beisbier at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, Campbellsport.

Kay was a registered nurse specializing in geriatrics. She work-ed at various nursing facilities including the Samaritan Health Center in West Bend and then as a Wisconsin state surveyor.

She was a member of St. Martin’s Catholic Church, Ash-ford and sang in the church choir.

Kay enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and going up north with Ken.

Survivors include her husband, Ken; her mother, Helen McCarty of Campbellsport; a son, Chad (Nicky) of Eden; three daughters, Candi (Sean) O’Brien of Eden, Cindy (Ian) Mehus of Campbellsport and Connie (Alex) Vera of Appleton; her beloved grandchildren, Deven and Bray-den Vera, Kean O’Brien and Cullen Beisbier; her sisters, Jane (Marty) Osypowski and Judy (LeRoy) Rybold, both of Campbellsport, Mary (Jim) Stephan of Hartford, Lori (Larry) Wilhelm of Lomira and Molly (Rob) Walsh of Campbellsport; her brothers, James (Deb) McCarty, Joseph (Kathy) McCarty and Daniel (Tracy) McCarty, all of Campbellsport; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Cornelius and Evelyn Beisbier, Robert Beisbier and special friend Mae, Gerald and Linda Beisbier, Greg and Julie Richmond, Steve Beisbier and fiancee« Joyce, Helen Beis-bier, Louise and Joe Bonlender, Lila and Woody Kleinhans, Paula and Allen Schoofs, Mary and Dan Schrauth and Bev and Leo Emmer; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death were her father, Dan; her parents-in-law, Gregor and Marcella Beis-bier; a brother-in-law, Al Beisbier; sisters-in-law, Sandy Beisbier and Susie Beisbier and family friends, John and Goldie Podlesnik.

A Memorial Mass celebrating Kay’s life will be held on Thursday, Nov. 10 at 7 p.m. at St. Martin’s Catholic Church, Ashford.

Rev. Wayne Barta and Rev. Neil Zinthefer will concelebrate. Cremation has taken place.

Visitation at the church will be on Thursday from 4 p.m. until the time of services.

Memorials may be directed to Hospice Hope or Father Mike Shea.
