Anthony J. Plavec II
Anthony J. Plavec II, 18, of Iron Ridge, entered eternal life on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2005 in the town of West Bend.
Anthony was born March 7, 1987 to Anthony J. and Jamelee L. (nee Jackson) Plavec in West Bend, where he spent his childhood years, and graduated in 2004 from West Bend West High School.
He later moved to the Iron Ridge area.
Anthony enjoyed spending time weightlifting, rollerblading and paintballing.
He was a hunter/jumper equestrian, and especially loved creative writing and the Fourth of July.
Anthony was a member of Emmaus Bible Church, and was a former sound technician at church. He was also a member of the Awana Clubs.
A precious son and cherished brother, Anthony will forever be remembered and deeply missed by his loving parents, Anthony and Jamelee Plavec; his treasured siblings, Eric (Stacy) Beltmann of West Bend and Karen (Eric) Carlson of West Bend; his grandmas, Alyce Jackson of Pewaukee and Joan Plavec of West Bend; his dear niece, Kael Beltmann, and his special loving friend, Amber Kelling.
He will also be missed by other caring relatives, and many dear friends.
Preceding him in death were his grandfathers, James Jackson and Joseph Plavec.
On Nov. 15 Anthony was accepted into the delayed entry program of the United States Marine Corps, and was scheduled to leave for basic training on April 3, 2006.
Equally important to him was his personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 29, at 8 p.m. at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, 1420 W. Paradise Drive, West Bend,
Rev. James L. Taylor will officiate, and interment will take place in Washington County Memorial Park, West Bend, on Wednesday, at 11 a.m.
Visitation with family and friends will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hartfield Stables for a lesson horse in Anthony’s memory.
