Kenneth Z. Heim
Kenneth Z. Heim, 64, of Mayville, died on Sunday, Nov. 27, 2005 at his residence.
He was born July 19, 1941 in Beaver Dam to Arthur and Ruth (nee Kohlman) Heim, and married Evelyn Flynn on Aug. 7, 1982 in Mayville.
Kenneth was employed at the Gehl Co. in West Bend for 43 years as a production control planner.
He was a member of St. John Ev. Lutheran Church in Mayville and the Mayville Gun Club.
He was an avid outdoorsman and served his country in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include two sons, Scott (Kim) Heim of Fond du Lac and Tim Heim of Mayville; two daughters, Tara (Jose) Padilla of Attleboro, Mass. and Michelle Heim of Fond du Lac; two stepsons, John (Diane) Flynn and Christopher (Kristen) Flynn, both of West Bend; four brothers, George (Katherine) Heim of Speedway, Ind., Robert (Kay) Heim of Oconomowoc, Dan (Lisa) Heim of Mayville and Brian (Jackie) Heim of Theresa; a sister, Barbara (David) Backhaus of Watertown; seven grandchildren; a great-grandchild; his mother-in-law, Mary Jane Goad of Mayville; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his stepmother; his wife, Evelyn in 1997; a brother, Charles; two sisters, Jane and Janet and a son, Andrew.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Dec. 2 at 11 a.m. at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church in Mayville.
Rev. James Mallmann will officiate, and burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Mayville.
Visitation at the Koepsell Funeral Home, Mayville, will be on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m., and also at the church on Friday from 10 until 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. John Ev. Lutheran Church.
