Louise L. Albinger

Louise L. Albinger, nee Duern-berger, 94, of West Bend died on Monday, Oct. 17, 2005 at Cedar Community Hospice.

She was born Nov. 7, 1910 in West Bend to the late Louis F. and Adolphine L. (nee Rehm) Duernberger.

After her schooling, Louise worked at Enger-Kress as a sewer.

Following her marriage to Albert W. Albinger on March 17, 1930, she worked at Amity Leather Products for many years. She later returned to Enger-Kress until retiring.

Louise enjoyed working at the Regner Park concession stand and also was a member of the Legion of Mary.

Survivors include three children, Marilyn (Ralph) Liepert, Paul (Donna) and Thomas (Patti), all of West Bend; six grandchildren, Kenneth (Karen) Liepert, Randy (Aimee) Liepert, Michael (Sandra) Albinger, Sandra (Jeff) Sheridan, Lori (Joel) Groth and Lee Albinger; nine great-grandchildren, Ian Liepert, Amy and Adam Albinger, Lexi and Matt Sheridan and Mary, Scott, Rachel and Greg Groth; a sister-in-law, Margaret Duernberger of West Bend; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends at Meadowbrook Manor.

Preceding her in death were her husband on Jan. 8, 1993 and three brothers, Claude (Agnes), Carl and Leroy.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, Oct. 20 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Angels Catholic Church. Meet at the church for Mass.

Father Gerald Brittain will be the presider, and burial will follow in Holy Angels Cemetery.

Visitation at the Schmidt Funeral Home, West Bend, will be Wednesday from 4 until 8 p.m.

The family has requested memorials to the Holy Angels School Trust Fund.
