Delores E. Ebert

Delores E. Ebert, 81, of Kewaskum, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2005 at the Samaritan Health Center in West Bend.

She was born on Jan. 13, 1924 in the town of Kewaskum, the daughter of the late Otto and Alma (Backhaus) Ramthun and on June 29, 1946, she was united in marriage to Elwyn Ebert at Trinity Lutheran Church in Dundee.

The couple farmed in the town of Kewaskum for many years.

Her husband preceded her in death on Oct. 4, 1976.

Delores was a member of St. Lucas Evangelical Lutheran Church in Kewaskum.

Survivors include four children, Eugene (Betty) Ebert and Marie (Earl) Kleinke, both of Kewaskum, Donald Ebert of Portland, Ore. and Steven (Jill) Ebert of Kewaskum; a brother, Harry Ramthun of West Bend; a sister, LaVerne Petermann of the town of Auburn; seven grandchildren, Scott (Debra) Ebert, Jennifer (Christopher) Peters, Brian (Jennifer) Kleinke, Adam Kleinke, Jacob, Nicholas and Joseph Ebert; five great-grandchildren, Xander and Xavier Kleinke, Samuel Peters, Nicholas and Shawn Giese.

Also surviving are four sisters-in-law, Bernice Ramthun of Kewaskum, Carol Ebert of Fond du Lac, Helen Ebert of Campbellsport and Virginia Ebert of Kewaskum; a brother-in-law, Dan (Darlene) Ebert of Fillmore; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by an infant son, Ronald; four brothers, Otto (Kathryn), Elmer, Ervin (Deane) and Wilmer Ramthun; a sister, Violet (William) Edwards; a sister-in-law, Marie Ramthun and a brother-in-law, Lloyd Peter-mann.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at St. Lucas Evangelical Lutheran Church in Kewaskum.

Rev. Edwin Fredrich will officiate and burial will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday in Lutheran Memorial Park in Kewaskum.

Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday at the church from 4 p.m. until the time of services.

The Miller Funeral Home in Kewaskum is serving the family.
