Steven M. Tuttle

Funeral services were held on Aug. 26 at Grace Lutheran Church in Grafton for Steven M. Tuttle of Grafton. Steven passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2006 in Kuttawa, Ky., at the age of 57. The Rev. Paul Bulgerin officiated the funeral service and visitation was held at the church, prior to the service. Mueller Funeral Home in Cedarburg served the family.

Steven was born on Feb. 18, 1949 in Greene, N.Y., to George and Jean (nee Mosher) Tuttle. On May 13, 1972, Steven married Joan Molling at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Whitefish Bay. Their marriage was blessed with two children, Jason and Jessica.

Steven was a motorcycle enthusiast who loved to ride his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He took part in many charitable rides with many other Harley-Davidson riders. Steven was also a huge soccer fan; he coached and refereed games for the Grafton Soccer Club. He was the past president of the Grafton Booster Club, a member of the Grafton Jaycees and a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Grafton.

For over 28 years, Steven worked as a master electrician at the Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee. He enjoyed taking on many projects and lended a hand to everyone.

Steven will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

Steven is survived by his wife Joan (nee Molling) Tuttle of Grafton; children Jason Tuttle of Brown Deer and Jessica (Kyle) Van Sluys of Grafton; mother Jean (nee Mosher) Tuttle; sisters Judy (Dale) Kolosick of New York and Ruth (Ron) Janis of Florida; in-laws Fred and Marilynn Molling; and sister-in-law Lynn (Don) Titus of California. Steven is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father George Tuttle.
