Frank E. Weber Jr.

A memorial service for Frank E. Weber Jr. will take place at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Wisconsin Memorial Park Family Center, 13235 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield. Frank went to the Lord on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2006 at the age of 85. Visitation will be held at the family center on Thursday, from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., prior to the memorial service. Frank joined the Mequon Fire Department in 1958. He was awarded the title "Firefighter of the Year" in both 1990 and 1991. Frank retired in 1994, but continued on as a fire inspector until 1996. He then moved to Coleman and became a member of the Coleman Fire Department where he leaves many great friends that truly made him feel welcome.

Franks wishes are, "Remember me, as I was."

Frank was the beloved husband of the late Louise M. Weber; dear father of two loving daughters Janice (Dennis) Koch of Coleman and Darlene (David) Garay of Saukville; grandfather of Kim (Daryl) Tuttle of West Bend, Steve Dickmann of Cedarburg, Heidi Garay of Saukville and Melissa Garay of Florida; great-grandfather of five great-grandchildren; and dear brother of Edward Weber, Marion Boshers and the late Elroy Weber.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Frank’s name may be made to the Coleman Fire Department or the Mequon Fire Department.

"You are the wind beneath our wings. You are our hero."

Special thanks to the nurses Laurie and Janet, who cared for Frank in our home, and his buddy Tom who was never too busy to visit.
