Hilbert Franz Wilhelm Kulke
Hilbert Franz Wilhelm Kulke, 93, of Neosho passed away on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2006.
He was born on Oct. 9, 1913 in Lebanon, Wis., the son of Louis and Louisa (nee Seefeldt) Kulke.
Hilbert married Eleanor Peter-son on Sept. 4, 1940 and was blessed with 66 years of marriage.
He farmed for 66 years in the Neosho area and was employed by the Carnation Can Co. in Oconomowoc. Hilbert also worked for Phillip Multhauf Co. and Lou Keller Co. as a carpenter.
He was a longtime member of St. Paulís Lutheran Church in Neosho, and was also a member of the Neosho Sportsmanís Club for many years.
Hilbert is survived by his wife, Eleanor; his daughter, Carol Hensel of Hustisford; a granddaughter, Denise (Jan) Marge-lowsky of Horicon; his great-grandchildren, Noelle and Nich-olas Margelowsky of Horicon; his brothers, Raymond (Dolores) Kulke of Lebanon, Lester (Beverly) Kulke of Gilmore and Harvey (Lorraine) Kulke of Lebanon; a brother-in-law, Herbert Stark of Lebanon; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents; an infant son, Dale; a son-in-law, Otis Hensel; his brothers, Vilas Kulke, Franklin Kulke and Harold Kulke; and his sisters, Lorraine Stark, Evelyn Kulke and Hattie Kulke.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Dec. 13, from noon until 2 p.m. at St. Paulís Lutheran Church in Neosho, followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. at the church.
Rev. David W. Meister will officiate, and interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Neosho.
