Joanne M. Link
Joanne M. Link, 70, of West Bend, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2006 at the Samaritan Health Center in West Bend.
She was born on March 12, 1935 in the town of Farmington, the daughter of the late George and Sarah (Gahagan) Fay.
Joanne was a member of St. Michaelís Catholic Church in St. Michaels and St. John of God Catholic Chapel in the town of Farmington.
During her working years, she was employed in a secretarial position with the West Bend Co. and Shelton F. Boyd Co., both of West Bend.
Her last place of employment was with the American Legion State Headquarters in Milwau-kee.
Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl (Bryan) Christensen of Nashville, Tenn.; two sisters-in-law, June Fay of West Bend and Mae Fay of Boltonville; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by an infant brother, Robert Fay; two brothers, Thomas and Eugene Fay; and a sister, Sharon Peter-mann.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11, at St. Michaelís Catholic Church in St. Michaels.
Father Edwin Kornath will officiate and burial of the cremains will follow in the parish cemetery.
Visitors will be received on Saturday at the church from noon until the time of services.
The Miller Funeral Home in Kewaskum is serving the family.
