Patricia Jean "Pat" Potyandy

Patricia Jean "Pat" Potyandy, nee Mueller, 64, of Beaver Dam, entered into eternal peace on Sunday, July 9, 2006 at Beaver Dam Community Hospital.

Pat was born May 3, 1942 to Leo W. and Ce-cilia (nee Kos-teretz) Mueller in Milwaukee, where she was also raised.

She attended Rufus King High School, and after graduation worked at J.C. Penney’s in customer service for 17 years.

In 1993, the family moved to the West Bend area, and later resided in Beaver Dam.

Pat enjoyed crafts, sewing, making and burning candles and exercising her skills as a computer buff.

Above all, she loved spending time with those whom she held close to her heart.

She was a member of Alpha-one Association.

Pat has forever touched the lives and hearts of her loving husband and best friend, Steve; precious dog, Sadie; her three beautiful daughters, Kimberley (Randy) Schettkoe of Middletown, N.Y., Tammy Settingsgaard (Chris Beine) of Slinger and Michelle (Scott) Herrmann of Tomahawk; her six treasured grandchildren; three cherished great-grandchildren; her dear sister, Phyllis Mrazik of Montello; and her god-daughter, Elizabeth Mrazik of Montello.

She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other special relatives and many dear friends.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Cecilia Mueller.

A funeral service to honor Patricia will be held on Thursday, July 13, at 7 p.m. at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, 1420 W. Paradise Drive, West Bend.

Cremation will take place at Paradise Cremation Services of West Bend.

Visitation with family and friends will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to extend their appreciation to those whom donate memorials to them at this time, so they may choose where to designate memorials at a later date.
