Gordon A. Budd

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at Mueller Funeral Home in Cedarburg for Gordon A. Budd of Lake Tomahawk (formerly of Cedarburg), who died at his residence on Monday, July 24, 2006 at the age of 72. Visitation will be held on Monday, from 4 p.m. until the time of service.

Gordon was born on May 10, 1934 in Milwaukee to the late Henry A. and Tekla (nee Miller) Budd. Gordon owned and operated Budd’s Western Auto in Cedarburg, from 1954 through 1975. In 1976, he moved to Anchorage, Alaska. He retired in Lake Tomahawk in 2000.

Gordon is survived by his children Dawn (Scott) Beiderwieden of Grafton, Lori (Jeff Jahnke) Hans of Grafton, David (Tammy) Budd of Anchorage, Ala. and Dennis (Dianne) Budd of Port Washington; and brother Clifford (Marynell) Budd of Texas. He is further survived by his children’s mother Marlene Grunwald of Cedarburg; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; other relatives and friends.

Gordon was preceded in death by his wife Rose Marie McDonald-Budd; daughter Debbie Ascher; and grandson George Budd.
