Ryan C. Willhard, 21

A memorial service was held on June 24 at Crossroads Presbyterian Church in Mequon for Ryan C. Willhard. Ryan was born on May 2, 1985 and was called home to eternal life on Sunday, June 18, 2006 at the age of 21.

Arrangements were handled by Mueller Funeral Home in Cedarburg.

Ryan will always be remembered for his quick wit, intelligence, great humor and sense of fun.

He was a talented artist and writer and loved playing his guitar.

Ryan loved his family and many friends.

He enjoyed playing cards and rock climbing and actually climbed to the top of the Grand Teton Mountain in Wyoming when he was 13 years old. He enjoyed scuba diving, camping, canoeing and the great outdoors.

Ryan had a special love for music and had dreams of becoming a musician and writing his own songs. His smile could melt hearts and he had a caring heart for others.

Ryan had a great love for animals, especially his cat Karma. He recently worked in sales for both Wilsonís Leather and Abercrombie & Fitch in the Appleton Fox River Mall.

Ryan will be deeply missed by the many who loved him.

Ryan is survived by his parents John and Carol Willhard; he was the proud grandson of Renata (and the late Cyril) Ludetke, and Duane and Lois Willhard; dear nephew of Jane (Larry) Schmidt, Janet (Phil) Benes and Judy Martley; dear cousin to Hannah Martley, Scott and Chase Schmidt.

He is further survived by many relatives and friends.
