Lydia A. Coffman

Lydia A. Coffman, 88, of Mountain Home, Ark., formerly of West Bend, died Monday, Feb. 27, 2006 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home.

Lydia was born Sept. 6, 1917 in the town of Addison to William and Elizabeth Lischka.

She was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church in Mountain Home, a lifetime member of the Moose and worked at the Bargain Box for several years.

Survivors include four children, Cheryl (Ed) Hord of Moun-tain Home, Gwynn (Marilyn) Theusch of West Bend, Mary (John) Harpold of Belview, Colo. and Randall (Debra) Theusch of Port Washington.

She is further survived by two stepsons, Jimmie (Susie) Maurer of Eden and Ray (Elaine) Maurer of Campbellsport; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents and three husbands, Albert Theusch, Leroy Maurer and Max Coffman.

Memorials may be made to The American Parkinson Disease As-sociation, 135 Parkinson Ave., Staten Island, N.Y. 10305.

Arrangements are by Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home, Mountain Home.

Interment will be private.
