Timothy R. McLaughlin

Timothy R. McLaughlin of Hartford, surrounded by his loving family, was Born to Eternal Life on March 14, 2006 at the age of 82. He was born in Sioux City, Iowa, the son of James and Mary (nee OíBrien) McLaughlin. Timothy married Ruth Boncel in Milwaukee on Jan. 29, 1949. He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. Timothy was a graduate of Marquette University. He retired from Milwaukee Centrifuge after 28 years of service. In his retirement, he worked at Kettle Moraine Golf Course for many years. He was a member of Knights of Columbus Council #4580 and a member of St. Kilianís Catholic Church.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth, of Hartford; his loving children, Timothy R. Jr. (Mary) McLaughlin of Nevada, Iowa, Patrick (Kathleen) McLaughlin of New Berlin, Ruth (John) Ferry of Okemos, Mich., Mary Claire (Bruce) Nawrocke of Lake Mary, Fla., Kathi (James) Olson of Jackson, and Maureen (Michael) Brohmer of LaCrosse. He is also survived by his cherished 25 grandchildren and 4 1ŕ2 great-grandchildren. He was the brother of James (Nancy) McLaughlin of Tuleake, Calif., Leo McLaughlin, and Rosemary Boschert of Billings, Mont.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother John, and grandson Patrick Ryan.

Family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, March 28 from 10-11 a.m. at St. Kilian Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. Interment at St. Adalbertís Cemetery, Milwaukee.

The McLaughlin family would like to thank Tricia and all the nurses who cared for Tim, especially his granddaughter Sarah. The family would like to acknowledge a heart-felt thank you to the ASERA Care Hospice for their loving and gentle care for Tim.
