Glenice L. Oelhafen

Glenice L. Oelhafen, nee Eimermann, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away peacefully at Kathy Hospice on Monday, Nov. 13, 2006 at the age of 84.

She was born on April 23, 1922 in Mon-tana Township, to the late Wil-liam and Cora (nee Christ) Eimermann, and was united in marriage to William Oel-hafen on Nov. 20, 1941 at St. Johnís Luth-eran Church in West Bend.

She was a loving mother and homemaker.

Glenice worked at Tennies Hardware for 23 years.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and was active in the Woman's Guild.

She enjoyed spending time in northern Wisconsin fishing with her family and friends.

Glenice is survived by her husband, Bill of West Bend; her two daughters, Sharon Clark and her husband Tom Steele of Tucson, Ariz., and Patricia OíNeil of McLean, Va; her grandson, Matthew Mayer and his wife Sheri of Wausau; her three great-grandchildren, Claire, Evan and Madeleine Mayer of Wausau; and her brother, Willard Eimermann of West Allis.

She is further survived by numerous sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Glenice will be held on Thursday, Nov. 16, at 1 p.m. at St. Johnís Evangelical Lutheran Church, 809 S. Sixth Ave., West Bend.

Rev. Robert Hoehner and Rev. George Mumm will co-officiate, and burial will follow in Washington County Memorial Park, West Bend.

Visitation with the family will be on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

Memorials to Living Word Lutheran High School or Kathy Hospice are appreciated.
