Michael T. Williams

Michael T. Williams, 66, of Hartford was surrounded by his loving family when he was called home to God by His angels on Friday, Nov. 24, 2006,

He was born on Jan. 6, 1940 in Milwaukee, the son of Louis and Emeline (nee Pehoski) Williams, and married Rita Beine on Sept. 9, 1961 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church.

He served his country in the U.S. Army.

Mike was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and loved his family deeply.

He was a steamfitter for 20 years prior to starting his heating and air conditioning business - Williams Heating Service.

Mike devoted the last six years to serving the Hartford American Legion Post 19, where he was the past commander from 2000 until his death.

He enjoyed camping and traveling.

He is survived by his wife, Rita (nee Beine) of Hartford; his children, Wendy (Gary) Christenson of Hartford, Wanda (William) Erickson of Cedarburg, Jody (Sherry) Williams of West Bend and Thomas (Nicole) Williams of Wauwatosa.

He was the fond grandfather of Justin, Tyler, Rebecca, Nathan, Benjamin, Evelyn and Cooper; dear brother of Ralph Williams of Ackerville and Rosemarie (Leo) Beck of Kewaskum.

He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends and American Legion family.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Paul; and his sister-in-law, Caroline Williams.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Nov. 28 at St. Kilianís Catholic Church, 262 State St., Hartford, from 3 to 7 p.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 7 p.m.

Interment will be in St. Kilianís Cemetery, Hartford, with military graveside services under the auspices of Hartford Ameri-can Legion Post 19.

Memorials to St. Kilianís Parish would be appreciated.
