Ruth C. Schulz
Ruth C. Schulz, 85, of Cedar Lake Community Health and Rehab Center, formerly of Hartford, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2006.
She was born Feb. 27, 1921 in the town of Rubicon, the daughter of Edward and Ida (nee Kettlehut) Pusch, and married Raymond W. Schulz Nov. 14, 1942 at Peace Lutheran Church in Hartford.
Ruth, with her late husband Ray, farmed in the Huilsburg area, and she also worked as a seasonal worker at Libby Canning Co. for many years.
She is survived by her loving children, Harvey (Patsy) Schulz of Oregon, Allen (Nancy) Schulz of Slinger, Robert (Jeanette) Schulz of West Bend and Mary (George L.) Bohn of Michgan.
She was the dear sister of Edward Pusch and Ruben (Carol) Pusch, both of Hartford, and LaVern (Richard) Zahnow of Richfield; dear sister-in-law of Delbert Ehlers of Mayville, Mary Pusch of Grafton, Ruben (Dorothy) Schulz of Iron Ridge and Ruth (Orville) Plagemann of Iron Ridge.
She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Raymond in 2003; her brothers, Willard Pusch, Waldemar (Adeline) Pusch and Melvin Pusch; and her sisters, Eleanora (Aronld) Hundt, Leona (Ervin) Hundt, Adeline (Norbert) Berndt and Violet Ehlers.
Visitation will be Friday, Oct. 6, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, W691 Highway S, Huilsburg, followed by funeral services at 7:30 p.m.
Rev. Daniel Falck will officiate, and interment will be Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hartford.
Memorials to Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church would be appreciated.
