Thomas P. "Tom" Jaeger
Thomas P. "Tom" Jaeger, 69, of Kewaskum, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 15, 2006, at Cedar Lake Health Care Center in the town of West Bend.
He was born on July 10, 1937, in Campbellsport, the son of the late Kenneth and Evelyn (Schoepke) Jaeger, and on Nov. 27, 1957, he was united in marriage to Janet Johnson at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in Campbellsport.
Tom was a 1956 graduate of Campbellsport High School and was a retiree of the Gehl Co. in West Bend.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Kewaskum, the Campbellsport Sportsman’s Club, and enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting, trap shooting and woodworking.
Survivors include his wife, Janet; three children, Jeff Jaeger of Kewaskum, Allan (Charlene) Jaeger of Franksville and Cheryl Jaeger of Fond du Lac; two brothers, Jim (Judy) Jaeger and Jack (Diane) Jaeger, both of Campbellsport; three grandchildren, Samantha, Kyle and Mitch Jaeger; his mother-in-law, Agnes Johnson of Campbellsport; a brother-in-law, Pat (Sue) Johnson of Campbellsport; a sister-in-law, Karen (Bill) Grahl of Kewaskum, other relatives and friends.
Tom was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Tom Johnson.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Tom will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 17, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Kewaskum.
Father Edwin Kornath will officiate, and burial will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday in the parish cemetery.
Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday at the church from 4 p.m. until the time of services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the charity of one’s choice are preferred.
