Shirley A. Piquett

Shirley A. Piquett, 65, of Hartford, formerly of Mukwon-ago, was born to eternal life on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2006 at Aurora Medical Center, Hartford.

She was born in Milwaukee on April 3, 1941, the daughter of Joseph and Victoria (nee Wit-kowski) Horbinski.

Shirley was a 25-year employee of Trent Tube in East Troy.

She was also a former employee of Target in New Berlin, Home Depot in Mukwonago and was currently employed at the Home Depot in West Bend.

Shirley was a member of St. Kilianís Catholic Church in Hartford and a former member of St. James Catholic Church in Mukwonago.

Survivors include her husband, David; her children, Jeffrey (Judy) Hoffman, Tammy Collins, Kim Ninedorf, Wayne (Dava) Hoffman, Paula (Michael) Bros-sard and Joe (Christie) Hoffman; a brother, Daniel Horbinski; her mother-in-law, Dorothy Piquett; her special friend, Jeanine Radler; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Her parents and her father-in-law, Robert Piquett, preceded her in death.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Sept. 15 at 11 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, 830 Highway NN East, Mukwonago, until a memorial funeral liturgy at 12:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated in memory of Shirley Piquett to the Medical Center Foundation of Hartfordís Endowment Fund, 1032 E. Sumner St., Hartford WI 53027.
