Lucille H. Rapp
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 20, at St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Clearwater, Minn. for Lucille H. Rapp, 95, of Clearwater, who died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2006.
The Very Reverend Jacob Yali will officiate, and burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Lady-smith.
Friends may call on Tuesday (today) from 4 until 8 p.m. at the Daniel Funeral Home in Clear-water, and after 10 a.m. on Wednesday at the church.
The St. Luke’s Christian Women will pray the rosary at 6:30 p.m. and parish prayers will be at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the runeral home.
Lucille was born on April 22, 1911, in Jim Falls, to Robert and Helen (Schneider) Ohlfs, and married Joseph Rapp on Aug. 20, 1938, in Ladysmith.
She lived in Ladysmith all of her married life, and had been a resident of the Clearwater area since 1982.
Lucille was a member of St. Luke’s Christian Women and St. Luke’s Catholic Church.
Lucille is survived by her children, Mary (Jim) Bicknell of South Haven, Minn., Robert (Rox-anne) of Roberts, Margaret Ko-vacevich (Douglas) of Hartford, Elaine Kenton of Brookfield and Robert Novak of Waukesha; 12 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband on March 25, 1979; and her brothers, Walter, George, Allen and Harold.
