Kenneth Lee Wattenbach

Kenneth Lee Wattenbach of West Bend entered into eternal peace on August 2, 2007 after a courageous three year battle with a brain tumor, at the age of 60.

Kenneth was born on February 9, 1947 to Howard F. and Margaret M. (nee Jenny) Wattenbach in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He honorably served his country in the United States Army for two years.

On August 14, 1971, Kenneth married Margaret E. "Peggy" Radle and the couple began a loving family of their own.

Kenneth had earned a bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in Business and became a dedicated marketing representative of house ware products. In his free time he enjoyed fishing, hunting and coaching kids in sports.

Kenneth will be missed and forever loved by his wife, Peggy; his loving children, Brian (Heather) Wattenbach of Menomonee Falls, Mary (Chris) Stimart of Menomonee Falls, Mike (Kaci) Wattenbach of Milwaukee, and Katie (Nick) DíAmico of Menomonee Falls; his treasured grandchildren, Anna, Trevor and Claire; and his siblings, Mary Bell, Francie (Ray) Hagrman, Greg (Marlys) Wattenbach, and Melvin Wattenbach. He is further survived by many other special relatives and dear friends and was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Margaret; his brother, Wayne Wattenbach; brother-in-law, Richard Bell; and his parents-in-law, Edward S. and Marjorie J. Radle.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, August 6, 2007 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at St. Peterís Catholic Church at 202 E. Washington Street, Slinger, WI 53086. A Mass of Christian Burial beginning promptly at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peterís Catholic Church, with Father Richard J. Stoffel officiating.
