Gary Anthony Mueller

Gary Anthony Mueller of Adams died at the age of 54 at his home on Friday, Feb. 2, 2007. A memorial services for Gary will be held at 11 a.m. on Feb. 24 at the First Presbyterian Church in Oxford. The Revs. Rob and Mary Jo Bruinooge will officiate. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday, from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship is assisting the family.

Gary was born July 29, 1952 in Port Washington, son of Alvin and Audrey Marie (Opper) Mueller. He married Donna Marie Hardt (nee Reseburg) on Aug. 3, 1974 at the Washington County Court house in West Bend. Gary was a truck driver for most of his life, he also was an auto body repairman and mechanic.

Gary enjoyed motorcycles, cars, fishing and camping.

Gary was survived by his wife Donna Marie Mueller of Adams; stepsons James Hardt of West Bend, Jeffrey Hardt of Adams and Jerry Hardt of Adams; stepdaughter Jacqueline (Merlin) Tackes of Kewaskum; stepgrandchildren Angela (Roseamond) Tubbs of Naples, Fla., Jason Hardt of West Bend, Amanda Hardt of West Bend, Dylan Tackes of Kewaskum, Austin Tackes of Kewaskum and Sarah Hardt of West Bend; step- great-grandson Dalton Tubbs of Naples, Fla.; mother Audrey Mueller of Grafton; father Alvin Mueller of Montello; brothers David (Jean) Mueller of Grafton, Dale Mueller of Germantown and Fred (Michelle) Mueller of Port Washington; sisters Kathy Wanty of West Bend and Kay Mueller of West Bend; and his special sister-in-law Laurie Justman of Mayville. He is further survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Gary was preceded in death by his brothers Karl and Gregory; his grandparents Ed and Rose Mueller and George and Agatha Opper; and one stepgrandson Travis Ziebell.
