Norman Otte of Wauzeka, formerly of Richfield, passed to Eternal Life on Monday, Feb. 19, 2007 at his granddaughter’s home. He was 74 years old.
He was born Nov. 20, 1932 in Richfield to Walter and Emma (nee Dieball) Otte. He married Dorothy Krause on Nov. 28, 1953 at Holy Angels Catholic Church in West Bend.
Norman worked for the Chrysler Corp. for many years. He enjoyed playing dominos, and loved spending time with his family.
He was the beloved father of Ronald of Savannah, Ga., Diane (Wesley) Priesgen of Wauzeka and Norman Otte Jr.; cherished grandfather of Amanda, April, Dennis, Tyson, Jason, Joey, Bradley, Brandon and Jeanna; dearest brother of Lawrence (Marion) of Hartford, Clarence (Mary Ann) of Rubicon and Donald (Marlene) Otte of Grafton. Norman is further survived by other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Dorothy.
Funeral services for Norman will be Thursday, Feb. 22, 2007 at noon at Shimon Funeral Home, Hartford, with Father David LaPlante officiating. Family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon at the funeral home, 824 Union St., Hartford.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
Interment will be at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery in West Bend.
