Paul William Moser
Paul William Moser, 78, of West Bend entered into eternal peace on Thursday, Jan. 18, 2007 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Paul was born on Jan. 10, 1929, the son of William and Evelyn (nee Falk) Moser, in the town of Barton.
He honorably served his country for four years with the United States Air Force, spending two years in Anchorage, Ala. While he was in the Armed Forces, he earned his G.E.D.
On Dec. 12, 1953, Paul devoted his love and life to Audrey Kissinger at St. Mary’s Immacu-late Conception Church in Bar-ton.
He enjoyed spending quality time with his family, especially with his grandchildren, and going on family camping trips.
He also loved nature, hunting, fishing, woodworking and spending his winters in Florida (in his RVs that became larger every year).
Paul was a man of many trades who loved to offer his handyman services to many, especially when it came to helping his family on their homes.
Paul was a lifelong member of St. Mary’s Immaculate Concep-tion Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 53 years, Audrey; his cherished children, Michael (Debra) Moser of Cottage Grove, Jim (Cindy) Moser of West Bend and Gary (Paula) Moser of Kewaskum; his grandchildren, Amanda, Mark and Jake; and his siblings, Robert Moser, Raymond Moser, Esther Klein, Marcella Heller and Lucille Janz.
He will also be missed by nieces, nephews, other special relatives and many dear friends.
Paul was preceded in death by his infant grandson, Jeffrey.
A Mass of Christian Burial in honor of Paul will be held on Monday, Jan. 22, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception Church, 415 Roosevelt Drive, West Bend, with Father Jeffrey Haines officiating.
A visitation with family and friends will be held on Sunday from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, 1420 W. Paradise Drive, West Bend, with a prayer vigil at 7:30 p.m.
Interment in Washington County Memorial Park, West Bend, will follow the Mass.
Memorials are appreciated in honor of Paul to St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception Church or to the family, in lieu of flowers.
The Moser family would like to express a special thank you to the doctors and nurses at the Kathy Hospice for their compassionate care.
