Lee W. Bores

Lee W. Bores, 66, of the town of Saukville, passed away Saturday, Jan. 20, 2007 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Mequon.

He was born on Aug. 23, 1940 in Milwaukee to the late Arthur and Erthel (nee Lewitzke) Bores, and was united in marriage to Delores Glander on Oct. 14, 1972 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Fredonia.

Lee farmed in the town of Saukville for the past 35 years and was a member of the Ozaukee County Farm Bureau. He was also a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Fredonia.

Lee is survived by his wife, Delores; four children, Lynn Bores of Newburg, John (fiancé Sheila Herrick) Bores of Sauk-ville, Julie (fiancé Gary Depies) Bores of Adell and Amy Bores of Saukville; a granddaughter, Abby Bores; a brother, David (Barbara) Bores of Friendship; two sisters-in-law, Mardell Glander of Grafton and Grace (William Mc-Caskie) Glander of Apple Valley, Minn.; two nieces, Michelle (Jerry) Kinnard and Deborah (Barry) Dye, both of Milwaukee; other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Jan. 25, at 1 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Fredonia.

Rev. Robert Zick will officiate, and burial will follow in St. John’s Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 11 a.m. until the time of services.
