Mary M. Hahn (nee Welak)

Mary M. Hahn (nee Welak) of Hartford passed away Thursday, June 28, 2007 at her home. She was 74 years old. Mary was born to Walter and Laura (nee Okon) Welak on Oct. 17, 1932 in the town of Hubbard. She married Joseph N. Hahn on May 10, 1986 at St. Kilian Catholic Church, Hartford. Mary enjoyed her card club, crocheting, and liked to cook and bake. She was a member of St. Kilian Catholic Church.

She is survived by her family, Larry (Judy) Gassner of Arizona, Mark Hahn, John (Colleen) Hahn all of Hartford, Steven Hahn of Palm Bay, Fla. and Scott (Jodi) Hahn of Erin; her grandchildren and great grandchildren; her brothers and sisters, Jeanette (Reuben) Fischer, Gene (Jeanette) Welak, Jim Welak, all of Mayville, and Tom (Diane) Welak of Campbellsport. Mary is further survived by other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph in 2001; a son, Rick Gassner; a brother, John (Mille) Welak; and a sister-in-law, Dolly Welak.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, July 5, 2007 at 6 p.m. at St. Kilian Catholic Church, Hartford, with Fr. David LaPlante officiating. Family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday at the church from 4-6 p.m. Inurnment will be at Graceland Cemetery, Mayville.
