Patricia J. Davis

Funeral services will be held for Patricia J. Davis (nee Cole) of Grafton at 7 p.m. tomorrow evening, July 25, in the Chapel of the Chimes at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield.

Patricia died at the age of 68 after a lengthy illness on Thursday, July 19, 2007 at the Cedar Springs Rehabilitation Center.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday in the Chapel of the Chimes, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., prior to the funeral service.

Burial will take place at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 26, in Wisconsin Memorial Park.

Mueller Funeral Home in Cedarburg is serving the family.

Patricia was born in Herrin, Ill. on Nov. 23, 1938 to Paul and Lillie (nee Beavers) Cole.

She met and married Dallas "Bud" Davis on April 14, 1956 in Waukesha. Bud preceded his wife Patricia in death in 1999.

Patricia moved to Port Washington in 1978 and was a longtime employee at St. Alphonsus and Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Mequon until she retired in 2001.

During her 22 years of employment, she worked in housekeeping, as a sterilization technician, as a radiology assistant and as a medical imaging secretary.

Her greatest joy was caring for her grandchildren as well as babysitting for other chiIdren.

Patricia is survived by her sons Dean (Suzanne) Davis of Port Washington and Curt Davis of Grafton; daughters Constance Davis of Grafton and Diane (Terry) Parchim of Sheboygan; grandchildren Melinda Parchim, Rebecca Janke, Bryan Janke and Cody Parchim.

Patricia is further survived by her stepfather Edward Heffner of Milwaukee; her brothers Richard (Betty) Cole of Grafton, Gary (Diane) Cole of Wauwatosa and Russell Cole of Oconomowoc; along with many loving family and friends.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Bud; both her parents Lillie and Paul; her infant brother Dean Russell; and her infant son Paul Martin.
