Pearl J. Stangle
Pearl J. Stangle, nee Peterson, 87, found peace on Tuesday, June 5, 2007 with her daughter by her side at the Samaritan Health Center in West Bend.
She was born on July 23, 1919 in Merrill to the late John and Elila (nee Richards) Peterson.
Pearl was a machine operator for many years at Harley-Davidson in Milwaukee.
In 1984 she moved from Milwaukee to West Bend. She lived at Meadowbrook for more than 20 years and enjoyed many lasting friendships there.
Pearl will always be remembered as a selfless person who always thought of others first.
Survivors include her loving daughter, Patricia (Peter) Proulx of West Bend; her cherished granddaughter, Anne Therese Paikowski of West Bend; her beloved great-granddaughter, Miranda Paikowski; and many other dear relatives and friends.
Pearl was preceded in death by her parents and nine brothers and sisters.
A private family service in celebration of Pearl’s life will be held at a later date.
