Donald L. Grossen

Donald L. Grossen, 70, of Campbellsport died Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at St. Agnes Hospital, Fond du Lac.

He was born on Jan. 20, 1937 in Fond du Lac, the son of Fred and Esther Templin Grossen, and on Oct. 11, 1969 he married Patricia Rahn at St. Matthew’s Church in Campbellsport.

Don was a lifelong member of Campbellsport United Church of Christ.

He served in the Army National Guard and was a member of the Bintzler-Waehler American Legion Post 347 in Lomira.

Don worked at Best Tech Tool in West Bend until retiring, and operated Ashford Satellite and Antenna Service.

He served as treasurer for the town of Ashford for 36 years.

Don enjoyed his antenna work and woodworking, and he greatly enjoyed spending time with his grandson.

Survivors include his wife, Pat; his son, Richard of Campbells-port; his daughter, Tracey (Jacob) Flasch of Campbellsport; his grandson, Austin Flasch; his sister, Mary (Roger) Roehl of Campbellsport; his sister-in-law, Karen (Gary) Gritzmacher of Burnett; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Patricia Schwartz; a niece, Deanna Schwartz; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Hilary and Beverly Rahn; and other family members.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 24, at 6 p.m. at the Twohig Funeral Home in Campbellsport with the Ameri-can Legion service to follow.

Rev. William Wiederanders will officiate, and cremation will follow with inurnment in Union Cemetery at a later date.

Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 2 p.m. until time of services.
