Timothy A. Leto

Timothy A. Leto, 33, of West Bend, passed away Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007 at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee.

He was born on July 9, 1974 in Elgin, Ill. to Frank and Suzanne (nee Pick) Leto.

Tim graduated from Dundee Crown High School in 1992 in Carpen-tersville, Ill., and then earned an associate de-gree in business administration.

After moving to West Bend Tim met and later married Sara Polzer on Oct. 11, 2003 at St. John’s United Church of Christ in Slinger.

Tim was self-employed and designed Web sites for a living.

He was a huge fan and player of fantasy football, but his favorite pastime was spending time with his daughter, Emma.

Timothy Leto was a great husband, father, brother and friend. One of nobility and honor, greatly wise beyond his years, and much, much too young to have left this earth as is.

His memory will remain as one who shared his happiness, kindness, laughter, intellect and compassion. Comparatively speaking, there will never be another person like him.

You are missed and loved by all whom you had in your life; we were privileged to have been part of it.

Tim is survived by his wife, Sara; a daughter, Emma; his mother, Suzanne Leto of Carpen-tersville; his father, Frank Leto of Utah; a sister, Amy (Christopher) O’Neal of Spring Hill, Tenn.; a brother, Anthony Pick of Chicago; his mother-in-law, Karen Polzer of Big Cedar Lake; his maternal grandmother, Lois Pick of West Bend; two sisters-in-law, Amanda (Bill) Behr of Colgate and Dianna Polzer of Bonita Springs, Fla.; two brothers-in-law, Paul (Karen) Polzer of Sussex and Michael Polzer of West Bend; nieces and nephews, Zachary Pick, Hunter and Anthony Hernandez, Declan, Liam and Teah O’Neal, Jakob, Alex and Matthew Polzer, Mariah and Johnathon Behr; two uncles, Robert B. Pick II of West Bend and Carl "Cappy" (Barbara) Pick of Honolulu; other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Pick; an aunt, Jenny Rose Pick; an uncle, Andrew Pick; his father-in-law, John Polzer; and a nephew, Braden O’Neal.

A Mass of the Resurrection to celebrate Tim’s life will be held on Saturday, Dec. 1, at noon at St. James Episcopal Church, 148 S. Eighth Ave. West Bend. Father Kevin Carroll will be the celebrant.

Visitation will be Saturday at the church only from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass.

A reception to share memories will follow.

Inurnment will be in Washington County Memorial Park.

A memorial has been established in Emma’s name at Guarantee Bank, 876 S. Main St. West Bend, WI 53095, for those wishing to remember Tim.
