Lorraine Aufdermauer, nee Warnecke, 92, of the town of Addison passed away Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007 at Cedar Community in West Bend.
She was born on March 28, 1915 in the town of Addison to Nick and Anna (nee Wiedmeyer) Warnecke, and married Roman Aufdermauer on June 18, 1935 in Nenno.
Lorraine was a lifelong resident of the town of Addison, and enjoyed playing cards, quilting, gardening, baking and cooking.
Lorraine belonged to the Allenton Quilters Guild, St. Lawrence Catholic Church, the St. Lawrence Christian Mothers and the Daughters of Isabella.
She is survived by her children, Donna Lewis of West Allis, Dianne (Tom) Murphy of Pres-cott, Ariz., Robert (Mary) Aufder-mauer of Allenton and Richard (Robin) Aufdermauer of Hart-ford; 14 grandchildren; 16 great- grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mar-cella Becker and Isabelle Breuer; and a sister-in-law, Armella War-necke.
She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roman in 1982; her parents; a sister, Marie Weis; and her brothers, Roman, Walter and Frank Warnecke.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Lorraine will be held on Friday, Nov. 2, at 7 p.m. at St. Lawrence Church, 4886 Highway 175, St. Lawrence, with Father Joseph Dominic officiating.
Family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m.
Interment will take place in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Lawrence Catholic Church or Cedar Community are appreciated.
