John L. Faltersack

Funeral services for John L. Faltersack of Jackson were held on Sept. 7 at Davidís Star Ev. Lutheran Church in Kirchhayn.

John died at the Kathy Hospice in West Bend on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2007 at the age of 57.

The Rev. Michael Woldt, the Rev. Kurt Loescher and the Rev. Martin Janke officiated the funeral service.

Visitation was held at the church on Friday prior to the service and interment took place at Davidís Star Ev. Lutheran Cemetery in Kirchhayn.

Mueller Funeral Home in Cedarburg served the family.

John was born in Waukesha on Dec. 12, 1949, son of Glenn and Juanita (nee Bell) Faltersack.

On Oct. 30, 1982, he married Kathryn Biermann at St. Mat-thewís in Milwaukee.

John worked as a meat cutter for the Hansenís Piggly Wiggly in Jackson.

He enjoyed golfing and coaching for the Jackson Little League.

John served on the school board at Davidís Star Ev. Lutheran School where he was very active.

John is survived by his wife Kathryn Faltersack of Jackson; children Tom (Bonnie) Faltersack of Kennesaw, Ga., Tina (Chris) Kupcho of Grafton, Adam Faltersack of Jackson and Sara Faltersack of Grafton; brothers-in-law John Biermann of Hartford and Steven (Lori) Biermann of Fredonia. John is further survived by four sisters, two brothers, other relatives and many friends.

John was preceded in death by his parents, and his in-laws Edward and Barbara Biermann.
