Philip A. Laufer
Philip A. Laufer, of West Bend, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2007 at SynergyHealth St. Jo-seph’s Hospital, after 86 years of life.
Philip was born on June 22, 1921 to Arthur and Frances (nee Kremsreiter) Laufer, and on Feb. 16, 1952 he married Loretta A. Parlow.
He worked in the construction industry for 35 years.
In his free time, Philip enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time at his cabin in northern Wisconsin.
He was a retired member of Local 599 Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons.
Philip will be missed by his wife, Loretta; his children, David (Cheri) Laufer of Kewaskum, Ricky Laufer of West Bend, Debra (Ken) Musial of Conover and Tim (Penny) Laufer of West Bend; his grandchildren, Tracey, Stephanie, Charlene and Tyler Laufer, and Nicole and Kenny Musial; his brother, Jerry Laufer of Spring-stead, Wis.; and a sister, Bette (Leo) Thelen of Phelps.
Philip is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other special relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Jackie Denetz and Patricia Blecha.
To honor the wishes of Philip, private family funeral services were held at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, West Bend.
Cremation took place at Paradise Cremation Services of West Bend.
Interment will be in Holy Angels Catholic Cemetery, West Bend.
