Barbara J. Kanzenbach, 62

Barbara J. Kanzenbach (Chlopek), 62, of West Bend, passed away Sunday Aug. 10, 2008, at Columbia St. Maryís-Ozaukee, with her family by her side.

She was born on Feb. 17, 1946, in Green Bay to Charles and Cecelia (Oshefsky) Chlopek, and graduated from Pulaski High School in the class of 1964.

After moving to West Bend, Barbara was united in marriage to Lloyd Kanzenbach on May 11, 1968, at St. Johnís Ev. Lutheran Church.

Barbara was a member of St. Johnís Ev. Lutheran Church, West Bend.

She enjoyed Collecting Cherished Teddies and Bears, cooking and her trips up north to Crandon.

She is survived by her husband, Lloyd; four children, Tammy (Randy) Kegley of Kewaskum, Wendy (Peter) Kaehny of West Bend, Jason (special friend Lyz Orth) Kanzenbach of West Bend, and Cory (special friend Jodi Janisse) Kanzenbach of West Bend; six grandchildren, Ashley (special friend Tim Vogt) Kegley, Amber Kegley, Jonathan Kegley, Skye Kaehny, Thor Kanzenbach, and Caiden Kanzenbach; a greatgranddaughter, Chloe Kegley; her parents, Charles and Cecelia Chlopek of Pulaski; three sisters, Janet Verkreilen of Green Bay, Beverly (Terry) Konitzer of Appleton, and Bonnie (Jeff) Domke of Pulaski; two brothers, David (Jean) Chlopek of Green Bay, and Charles (Bonnie) Chlopek of Sobieski; a sister-in-law, Betty (Dave) Coppens of Green Bay; four brothers-in-law, Bob (Josie) Kanzenbach of Green Bay, Bill (Bonnie) Kanzenbach of Shawano, Gary Kanzenbach of Green Bay, and Jack Kanzenbach of Green Bay; other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services in remembrance of Barbara will be held at 6 p.m., Thursday at St. Johnís Ev. Lutheran Church, 809 S. Sixth Ave. The Rev. George Mumm will officiate.

Visitation will be on Thursday at the church only from 3 p.m. until the time of service.

Entombment will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Nicholet Memorial Gardens, Green Bay.
