Joseph E. Renkas, 41
Joseph E. Renkas, 41, of Armstrong Creek, following a motorcycle accident on Aug. 16, 2008, drew his last breath on Aug. 21, 2008, in the arms of his soul-mate and wife, Jan (Johnson), surrounded by his family and friends.
In addition to his wife and chilcren, his many loves included hunting, fishing, his work as a recovery agent/private detective and the outdoors.
Joe was born on Feb. 21, 1967, in Kenosha to Joseph R. and D. Marlene (Sparks) Renkas.
He was predeceased by his mother in November 2007; and is survived by his father; his wife; and three children, Kimberly Renkas of Kenosha, Joseph M. and Janeska Renkas of Armstrong Creek.
Joe also is survived by three sisters, Diane (Jim) Brothen of West Bend, Debra (Tim) Potterville of Pembine and Mary Jo (Brad) Petersen of Kenosha; his nephews, Tim and Ryan Brothen.
Joe will be greatly missed by the many friends he has touched in his earthly travels.

Visitation will be at St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church, Armstrong Creek from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, with the service following.
A celebration of Joe’s life will follow graveside services.
